Shipping policy

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order and personalised especially for you. Processing times vary depending on the items ordered:

  • Standard items (gift boxes, vests, tote bags, accessories etc) — please allow 5–7 working days before dispatch
  • Robes and robe sets — please allow up to 14 working days before dispatch
  • Orders containing a mix of items — your whole order will be dispatched together once everything is ready, so please allow up to 14 working days if your order includes a robe

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and in many cases, it may arrive sooner than this.

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order at support@longlakecreations.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery

All orders are sent via tracked post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Standard delivery is £4.95. Delivery is free on all orders over £100.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the courier. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically within 2–3 working days.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Longlake Creations cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at support@longlakecreations.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@longlakecreations.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control. However we will always do everything we can to help resolve any issues.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@longlakecreations.com before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
